During your stay in our college our utmost effort shall be to groom you to play vital role in instilling confidence and self respect in the society which will help you in securing a dignified place in your personal and professional life. In these years the education provided to you specially in the higher studies will make available to you and for the country,like an established treasure because the wealth of capability that has been largely wasted due to lack of opportunities.We shall try to grab these opportunities for you.It is only through education that an Indian women will be able to increase measure to the culture, the ideals and value aided activities for the society and the country. We shall help you not only in the development of half of the human resources of society but also in improving the quality of life at home and in the society.

Our Concern is to enable you to have an integrated personality that would assist you to decisively pursue a career of your choice. We have also added some job oriented additional courses to enhance your vocational skills.Keeping pace with globalization and resurgence of an open economy self employment has become the need of the hour. Dear Students,

Situated on the outskirts of Jaipur city and far from the madding crowd, Alankar P.G. college caters to the academic aspirations of girls enrolled here. But it is not simply the academics we concentrate on, rather we make all efforts for all round harmonious development of the students.

Our guiding motto is that famous statement of Ruskin “Education does not mean teaching people to know what they don’t know , it means teaching people to behave as they don’t behave.” We have young , energetic, qualified and dedicated faculty. Alankar P.G. Girls College is run under the banner of Alankar Society for Higher Education which is chaired by Shri Lal Chand Kataria, a visionary whose head always teems with bright and new ideas and who has done a yeoman service to this urban & adjoining rural belt of Jaipur district by establishing four institutions exclusively for women in two years short time.

Alankar P.G. Girls College in 2006-07, Alankar Mahila B.Ed. College and Alankar Mahila Teacher Training School (STC) in 2007-08 ,Alankar Mahila I.T.I. in 2009-10 and Alankar Girls' Law College in 2014-15 and this astounding rapid growth has won kudos from all quarters. Infrastructural and instructional development here has been both vertical ( in the intellectual field ) and horizontal in the shape of a big college building having spacious, well ventilated classrooms, well equipped laboratories , well stocked library , playground and well equipped girls hostel with a modern dining hall and kitchen. The establishment of Alankar P.G. Girls college is indeed a landmark in the field of girls education. However we always remember the words of Robert Frost.

Alankar Mahila Mahavidyalaya , Jaipur was established in the year 2006 as per the wishes of Late Shri Ram Pratap Kataria, who wished that a college for women be established at “Kataria Krishi Farm, Bishnawala, Jaipur”. His cherished vision took shape as “Alankar Mahila Mahavidyalaya” and many well wishers from the field of education lent their shoulders for this noble cause.
